So move the post to “new players” where people maybe do know what this means.
There are a lot of know-it-alls on these forums, who feel compelled to chime in on every thread. Quite frustrating when they do it on threads where they self-admittedly don’t know it all too.

Or we could wait for clarification from the OP, so we can all be on the same page and maybe try to help.

Careful Kyno. What you are describing is borderline common sense. We cant have that here...
He is saying that he has reached level 50 in 7 days and have been doing his quests and getting 600 raid tickets a day and still he got demoted from Starter Tier 3 Guild to Starter Tier 2 Guild.
Players usually get promoted. I got promoted to Tier 5 Guild but the timing was horrible so I lost my raid tickets.
Perhaps there should be some kind of notice where player was notified that he will get promoted automatically 24 hours from time of notice or when they are ready or after guild activities have been reset.
Didn't have time to check the forums this weekend.
For those not in the know, new players are placed into "starter guilds" until they are able to contribute to a real guild, that are organized by tiers. Apparently it's a new feature that a lot of the old players don't even know about.
Either way, the mechanics are suspect (at best) and when you change guilds every freakin day, you lose all Pit rewards.
Didn't put in new players because figured new players were equally out of the loop regarding the mechanics, but it sounds like it's just a broken idea.

Moving this to the new player section to help raise a little awareness about this.
