Who to zeta

I’m about to be able get my first zeta on a toon soon, and I’m wondering who I should do it on. It takes me a lot of time to get these zeta mats so I don’t want to waste it

I looked at your characters and sa w Sion sitting at gear 1 level 1 with a gear 12 palpy and Vader. Zeta EP lead but gear up Sion and get thrawn/str and nihluis

But my sion is only three stars? I’m planning to get thrawn when the event comes out soon. Also what about CLS ‘s zetas?

Sion is viable at 3* and effective at zeta + 3* so I'd go with it. But after you zeta Palpatine lead.

Just to back up @Vendi1983 and in case you don't know some characters in the game work fine at lower star counts. And Sion is definitely one of those characters. Gear and mods are way more important
