Did you change your payout time in December? That's usually what causes this.

They are on their one month vacation, which is totally normal for a 24/7/365 product <sarcasm>, so I wouldn’t expect a fix anytime soon.

It's broken for me too, and I haven't changed my payout time since November 2018. I'm getting the same screen.

They always take off mid-December through early-mid January. Every year. I don’t know the exact dates though.
