Fallen Anakin should be Ep3 Anakin and Lord Vader should be Rogue One Vader.

He's referred to as Lord Vader frequently in the original trilogy, in masked form, so I don't think that title conveys what it should. If we must have another Anakin, I'd go with "Anakin Skywalker (Fallen)" because he just fell to the dark side.

But really, he's dark/fallen Anakin for what... a few days maybe (?) before becoming a walking life support machine, so does that really warrant another character? General Anakin was a bit of a stretch for me, especially since JKA already had clone synergy that reflected his involvement in the war. How about a new Obi-Wan from that era, with a different amount of facial hair? At least the character models would look different enough. Or maybe a partially mechanical Darth Maul, to be followed shortly thereafter by Darth Maul (Top Half)?
