GAC Banner bug comes back (seems like)

Hey guys:
I forgot to place the defense in GAC and I just had the time to check, and I did not make any attack move. Yet I got more banners than my opponent did (who did not yet attack either).
I'm not sure I'm the one who only has this issue.

By this picture your opponent has very clearly not placed full defences if neither have attacked so that is why you already have banners. No bug

Yeah, your points work out to exactly 4 teams at full banners.

Yeah but I forgot to place ANY defence, so the system auto-deployed for me?

This is round 3, so it put the same defence as round 2.
