How to block lurkers from the list “Borrow A Hero” players

Attn CG_Leviathan,
Could Tech Support provide an option on the “Borrow A Hero” player list to allow for blocking players.
I just completed level 59 and not yet at a level to join a guild. Having the option also at the “Borrow A Hero” list to block lurkers.
