To elaborate, you need to have at least 4 million GP to unlock Proving Grounds and it takes place right after Conquest finishes.

Can also find them for GET 3 currency occasionally

Proving grounds after conquest and the guild store. Those are the only places you’ll find them. And if you’re just starting to collect her shards now, it’ll take your around a year or more. So get comfy haha
