  I have that issue every time they force an update, I’ve tried multiple times to force close, re/uninstall and what works for me is actually turning the phone off and on again.

  delete... reboot your phone... then reinstall
  
  (the reboot clesrs some caches)

  I just fixed the issue by installing the newest iOS version 17.5. I noticed another user was having same issue on 17.4.1 which is what I was on.
