Possible bug

I was playing challenges for gear with my tanks, and I got this negative status effect I never saw. It looks like a skull. Is this a bug?

Yep, the bug went and coded itself a skull icon.

Yeah, of course, it's a bug. There is a new debuff that appeard without any reason and they accidentally added a new symbol for it.
