Non-leader toons' leader skills sometimes active.

I've noticed this in both Arena and GW.
It's very noticeable when it's Lumi or someone who provides a visible bonus (the per round heal)

If Lumi healed, her healing ability provides additional healing for the next couple of rounds. The only change with the update is that it now shows as an icon above their heads.

I've been noticing this for a while. Happens on other toons too. I had Phasma in my party, but not as lead, the other day and Sid called an assist. It's intermittent though.
