I'm I missing a speed bonus?

On node 11 of GW. Fighting a dooku(L) Rey jinn RG and GS. All about gear 9 no higher. I'm using a jinn lead team gear 10 with a few Jedi and others. The other team gets a complete round of attacks in before my first attempt. Team are the same lvl.

It's because you used a suicide squad right? Don't ever do that again. Otherwise it's not possible, you always start with more tm than the other team.

First attempt I didn't use a suicide team. They all still got to attack first.
