  Don't worry, they patched the Vader bug and other exploits that were revenue centered very quickly, so EAs Financials this quarter will be unaffected. Sadly, this issue only affects you, the customer so the priority level to fix this is sadly, not very important. When they have time, I'm sure they'll get back to you.
  
  PS - Don't call support, it'll be handled someday....

  Support does not even speak English, why would I call them? As for EA's financials, I am not buying new games by them anymore. Only used. So their financials are going to be affected when customers stop buying their garbage brand new and focus on used purchases only.
