Devs, can we get some information on this please?
How does one affect the other? Otherwise how am I supposed to know what should I go for?
I have 50% tenacity on a Taunt character, Qui-Gon removes the taunt with only 38% potency.
We need mechanics now since we got mods, otherwise why put those stats on characters?
Is tenacity considered at all when trying to strip a buff? Or just resisting debuffs?

- Defender's chance to resist = Defender's Tenacity
- Attacker's Potency, minimum 15%
Iif you have 30% tenacity and somebody hits you with 15% potency, you have a 15% chance to resist. You'd also have a 15% chance to resist if they had 50% potency, or 50000%As for ol' Qui Gon, not sure if this is a good example of what I think you're trying to say. His buff removal is a unique effect, and not tied to potency. He should always remove buffs unless he misses.
