Get with “support” so Ramesh can tell you it’s your device and not the update despite the fact it worked 2 mins before the update and stopped working immediately after. That’s the answer I always get.
I'm having a problem with the game loading now. The update loaded but now it keeps saying lost signal Everytime I load it up it gets to the title screen and that's it. Help!

Nah, two out of three would be batting .667, no one's ever going to do that other than in one game. They're at more of what I'd call a capable free throw shooter's average, say 85-90%.
This game is the #1 grossing app in the entire world. Why is it you still cannot launch an update without wrecking something else. This update... surprise surprise now the game doesn't work at all. It's so frustrating the lack of detail put into these things or lack of testing. Yet you want me to continue to be a low end whale? Unreal. Any in person company that ran like this would be closed down asap. I hope you lose 5000 krakens tonight over this because that's what you deserve for the constant low end attention given to our side of the game
I'm thinking they should have updates ready at the end of the previous business day, then send them live in the morning as they arrive at the office. Then they have all day to deal with this, instead of uploading 45 minutes before the end of a 9-5 work day.
