Thank you for the suggestions! It did try to open the game after we accepted the promo, but nothing happened. I’ve also tried to trigger by faux purchasing. That wasn’t very helpful either (nor was restoring). I’m on text support now with Apple but they’re taking their sweet time replying. Wish me luck, I’ll probably try…
