How to join a specific guild ?

Hi mates , we are some friends in the same guild with some problems , we'd like to create a new one and to invite many of others guildmates in our new guild how can they search and join the guild we gonna make? Even between us how to find a specific guild to join ? Many thanks for answers !!!

Whoever will be your new guild leader should have all members of the new guild as allies. Disband current guild or have new guild members leave old guild so they can receive invites to new guild. When he creates the new guild he can send invites to all allies that are not in a guild. I think that is the easiest way to do it. Or get everyone's ally # and new guild leader can send invites that way.
