Raid rewards changed in my inbox

We completed an Heroic aat raid today. I took a screen shot of the rewards to show my guild mates, but then had to go back to work. Later on I went back in to collect them and they had changed over. I have screen shots to support this.

Like your rank was changed and rewards changed as well or rewards just changed randomly?

My rank remained the same, my 2 rewards changed. I logged in and saw the reward, got excited cause one was a full piece and screen shot it, showed it to my guildmates but then had to get back to work. I came back a couple hours and the 2 parts changed
