New content
New characters are not new content, they are a new revenue stream. If you really want a good revenue stream give us Jedi Luke for crying out loud and add events that pose a serious challenge with equally serious rewards that make people want to build strong rosters.
Things are very stale for many of us that have played since launch. Personally I love the release cadence for new toons and the ability to have and use them without huge plunges into chrome or packs.
Seriously though I started this game in Nov of 2015, it's now March of 2017
