Just figured out why I've been losing so many battles ....

I had no tank. No wonder my ships were dropping like flies.

Once protection is depleted, I also have a hard time telling wedge and biggs apart on my team.

Wedge has less protection and Biggs has more protection. Also click on them to find out which is which

If protection is depleted on both of them, it doesn't help.

Can't click on your own ships to see who they are. Only enemy ships.

Have you not figured out that their action icons and ship details are different? IE: paint jobs

Doesn't help when I'm trying to decide which one to give retribution to with Maul. Click to figure out which is which and hit the wrong one? Lose the match.

And what's different about their paint jobs? I play on a phone, not a tablet, so I see minimal detail.

It is subtle, but if you go on swgoh.gg you can stretch the view and see it for yourself
One other thing is to use a standard position for each ie: biggs in front center and wedge in back in order to further avoid any confusion

not to be mean but this is ridiculous. You will know which one is which by their spot in the lineup. For example notice where they are at the beginning of the match. you will know by their first attack. Both biggs and Wedge will attack before Maul. So figure it out and stop complaining.

I may be complaining, but my complaints have a point. Not being able to see the names of your own characters made sense when abilities affected randomly or automatically chosen characters.

In this new mode, targeted ally abilities were introduced. There's no reason there shouldn't be a confirm button, and a flashed name of the ship.

There's also no reason to not put the same team building and saving tools in for ships as for characters on foot.

There's also no reason not to have names listed in the squad selection screen, which has been a huge issue since characters with twins like nebit and js were introduced.

Am I wrong, or is this not the suggestions section? Am I not allowed to make suggestions based on complaints? Seems exceedingly silly and unproductive. If you don't like complaints ... Stay off the forums.

of course you are able to make suggestions. We have tried giving you options on what to do and when you try to counter us and shoot our options down then it makes us (or at least me) not want to try and help you.

Obviously we can't do anything but give our opinion or try to help. Since we've done that already and you dont want us to help, maybe try talking to a DEV.

It would be nice if some of the ships were more distinguishable from one another, but this is the best we can do for now.

And, Biggs with numerous target lock characters is a very powerful starting lineup. It always amuses me when I win my ship battles without losing a single ship

Your opinion is that this is clearly "WAI". You are free to believe and express that. Your comment about my complaint being "ridiculous", however, was out of line, and I'm not sure how my griping has hurt you, but I apologize for any offense.

I am trying to talk to a dev by posting in a dev maintained forum. I wasn't coming here asking for workarounds, I can figure that out by myself, thank you. I did want to see if anyone else was having the same problem. (thank you @Mzee).
