Jedi Foresight does not always prevent negative effects.

I really dont know which side of the fence this is with - the Jedi or the attacking toon.

Examples include
1. TFP ability block on special working without damage
2. Dooku lightning special attack will still land both shock and stun on target with foresight and no damage.
3. Rey zeta unique will inflict daze even though no damage dealt.

The examples above all occur even though foresight has prevented the damage from the attack itself.

Mechanics: Apply damage, then apply debuff

So the attack get rid of foresight, then debuff is apply

No this is incorrect. Attacks that apply negative effects actually have to hit to proc the effect.

i would hope to see this fixed as well as the ever present "multi attack dodge" and "dodge dispel" (foresight is dispelled before the attack).

Not always. Plus some attack put debuff before dmg, other after dmg
