Can Guild names be identical?

I know many Guilds will slightly variant say a upper case i to make it look as a L to uniform with their sister Guilds. So I assumed you can't have exactly the same name? I can't spot any difference whatsoever in the 2 Guilds names currently in the 2 and 3 spots at the top? Help me find it detectives!
