XP Idea

How about every toon you use in any and every fight generates a small amount of XP per battle? I'm talking like 15 or 20 XP, nothing that's going to radically change anything. But it would encourage the use of lesser used, lower level toons for lower level events like the Chopper thing. It makes sense too, because engaging in a fight builds experience. You would still have to pay to level up as it is now. Thoughts?
