I have baze in 3 stars, do you think i can gear him to IX or X and he is arena viable?

I have him 5* gear 8 and he's pretty reasonable. Gear 10/11 would be pretty bad-a if I had to guess.

Their new toon model is viable at 3/4* with a little gain at 7* for those that want to pay a lot. ST is the same.

There's more than just health that changes, other stats are different too like the base damage used in the damage calculation.
