"The first footage from Star Wars: The Last Jedi has been shown to Disney shareholders at the company’s annual meeting.

The Los Angeles Times reports that the footage shown at the meeting, held at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, featured the resolution to the cliffhanger at the end of The Force Awakens, where the film’s protagonist, Rey (Daisy Ridley), encounters Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill) at his secluded cliffside hiding place. In the brief clip shown, Luke asks Rey: “Who are you?” Rey responds by skilfully handing him her lightsaber."

Yea when i heard this i had to rewatch TFA because i was curious to know who called him SNOKE. Found out it was only Han Solo and Leia. All the First Order people only called him Supreme Leader, so SNOKE must be a name given to him from the Rebellion.

Kylo Ren also called the Supreme Leader "Snoke".

Highly doubt those are his first words. Trailers love to mislead you. Could of easily been a line from a later scene and/or talking to some one else entirely, and then played over the scene of Rey handing the saber to Luke to mislead.
