Arena bug or?

How come sometimes i start new battle in arena my characters skills
start on cooldown?

Bug or am i missing something?

Perhaps nihilus used his aoe cool down increasing special. Therefore no bug

Nihilus and DT can increase cooldown. Very useful ability by the way.
