Raid reward email never sent to inbox
And EA customer service.. they're as useful as a wet blanket. My guild just completed a raid the other day, and I never received the mail to claim my reward. CS says it's already been redeemed but I never got to even claim them. No ones even looking into why.. I just get copy pasted responses. So I guess I'm out those rewards.. I needed those guild coins, too.
