Lol that's not how power creep works. You can still beat Sith with Zader, R1 rebels, or Rex (teams that came before) and that will always be the case.
Regardless, OP, I would like to see a toon that can place daze on basic with a counter ability as well as some more autocleansers like Zavage or Bariss.
I don't think we need another aoe daze. It's a very strong debuff that not to many characters have for a reason. Whoever gets an aoe daze needs to be very slow, just like maul.

Cg will never Nerf anything. They will only add more op things to counter the op things.
And modify previously existing things to become OP.
I think that AoE shock sounds like an ability made for a droid.

if they add aoe daze they should give chief chirpa's leader: TM gain effects can't be prevented
Maybe an IG-100 rework could include that. I'd dig it.
The separatists were just a big farce by the emperor anyway, no reason there couldn't be some synergy there (Dooku has shock too).

Daze = stops TM gain.
TM gain = FUN
Not to mention you hamstring the non-meta teams (resistance / first order etc) who rely on TM gain.
TM reduction on the other hand, couldn't care less, and we already have 'slow'/speed down & stagger.
Stagger is annoying as anything, but significantly less frustrating than daze in my humble opinion.
I think he might be confusing IG-100 and IG-88.
