I put my best speed mods on Chirrut. If he puts up tenacity up before enemy empire team's TFP / Boba Fett moves it's a sure win. If the enemy is faster still, I sometimes use AA lead to get ahead yet again. Secondly prioritize health/prot, since Chirrut is somewhat squishy at 3* (remarkably more survivability at 4*).
For Baze as with the other pre—taunter, it's protection/health all the way. Secondly speed for more frequent buff removal.
