Droid Mods

I've recently started to work on my droid team for the AAT Tank Raid and I've got:-
IG-86 at 7*
IG-88 at 7*
IG-100 Magnaguard at 7*
HK-47 at 7*

I'm stuck between working on general grievous or doing the jawa engineer.

To help strengthen the team. How would you suggest they are modded?

I would start on je he takes a while to farm and nebbit. You will need both to do well on AAT. Speed and crit dmg on droids , speed on je, protection and speed on nebbit
