Heroic Rancor HP per phase

My guild will be attempting the T7 Heroic Rancor for the first time tomorrow. Just wondering if anyone out there knew the HP of the Rancor per phase. Is the Total run 10 million ? If so would it be 2.5 million per phase?

~10.4M total, the pigs are 2M. Not sure if the remaining 3 rounds are divided equally from there.

I thought it was 2M Pigs, 3M for Phase 2/3 and 2M for Phase 4.

About 1.865 million for P1, ~3 million P2, ~3.3 million P3, ~2.15 million P4.
