Lost crystals due to bad connection

Good afternoon!

So I purchased a crystal refresh for my arena battles while my phone connection was bad and I believe I was double charged. I had 951 crystals before purchase and now have 801 crystals after only purchasing one 5 battle refresh. I'm not super bothered by losing 100 crystals, however if possible I would like them refunded. Thank you for the help, I love the game!

Did you perhaps purchase the additional battle attempts while your battle CD is not up yet?
I.E. There's maybe 6 minutes till your next eligible attempt to fight, you spend 50 crystals to reduce it to 0 minutes.
You then spend another 100 crystals to buy the 5 additional attempts.
Total spent 150 crystals, battle attempts remaining is 4.
