Sith Trooper Crimson Barrage Offense Down Bugged

So checking out something else I noticed this in GW today
No one had offense down prior. It looked like all opponents gained offense down but 5's and GS resisted something from Sith Trooper Crimson Barrage
So I looked a little closer and noticed that
5's only had red "Physical Damage" flash and GS and Daka only had red "Special Damage" flash. RG had both flash.
Checked out the mechanics:

Seems the special damage part of Sith Trooper Crimson Barrage Offense Down was not marked as unresistable like all other offense down's are.
Also I think the check for appling the reduction on special damage is not working as the reduction on physical damage did not apply to GS and Daka.

I haven't tested it in a while however the mechanics still look the same. Also @CG_Kozispoon nor @EA_MindTricks has acknowledged that it is even being looked at.
Leia Resisted the Special Damage part
Physical Damage part did not get applied to Asajj or Phasma, only special damage part
Phasma with offense down using basic on Sith Trooper
Crit damage done 4327
Phasma without offense down using basic on Sith Tropper
Crit Damage done 4337
Esentially the same damage showing offense down physical damage part did not apply. Note (Defense down was applied by phasma on those attacks not before)
Also in the last clip phasma healed from health steal with healing immunity
Health down is not the same as heal immunity
You don't need to be sorry. It's just a mistake.
