Multiple Gear awards are piling up

Do you agree that useless gear awards are piling up in alarming rate in the hundreds and that the rewards should be updated? I'm ending up with multiple hundreds of gears soon to be thousands and I can't even give it to anyone in my guild because they have excess also that is not being utilized, ive gone thru weeks of gear awards and a none of it have increase my character,, please CG fix the gear awards or find a way to alliviate the excess gears.
