Dooku's leader skill(7step) dosen't work!!

I agreed this. I use Dooku in GW and Arena but the leader ability doesent work. 15% evade and only 1 or 2 times dodge the whole team in a battle.

True,for example Luminara leader with "only" 13% on jedi allies evades more frequently.
Also his force lightning with 40% stun chance on non jedi targets rarely stun but Old Daka with 45% chance stun almost every time.
