Good time to start alt account?

With the recent influx of 500 crystals, would now be a good time to place in arena. Currently have about 1k cantina energy and 2700 regular energy. With the double drops in cantina battles and about 1300 crystals should I progress over my lvl 28 shard placement or wait and stockpile more energy? Thanks for the help. First pull was ct-echo and I have most of Phoenix squad except the most important one, Hera. Lol.

Well, if you start now I recommend building a rebel squad up to 5* by Palp event. It's doable and well worth it.

Use the cantina at least if you aren't worried about arena rank.

I just started an alt about a week ago, level 43 and in top 50 of arena. All the folks above me are super p2w so not much I can do about it, (Level 53 with 6* Nihilus and full Sith team) but I'm definitely having a lot of fun starting new.

i love my alt f2p account!
with the new toons coming out, they fit perfectly in it and i can test out the new toons that are 3* and level 70ish and gear6-7, to see if they are worth investing on my main account.
