I don't know much of the comics, but what I have read about Dr. Aphra on Wookiepedia makes her sound like an interesting character.
As I understand, she's an archeologist who gets recruited to do various jobs for Vader until he betrays her after which point she goes rogue not really being on anyone's side. That's correct, isn't it?
If my understanding is correct, Dr. Aphra would probably be a great addition to the cast. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to add some diversity to the dark side cast anyway. Most of the female characters in the game most are light-sided.
