Strange behavior with Savage after Emperor's AOE stun

After Palp uses his AOE stun, Savage Opress attacks, then immediately becomes stunned and appears to have his turn meter reset. I can't imagine this is working as intended.

He cleansed Palpatine. It's how his brute works now, after his turn he cleanses an ally sith and gains their debuffs.
