Guild of close members seeking additions
We're looking to recruit hard hitting members to our guild Anthem. We're currently 28 members, after regrouping and we're doing Heroic Rancor raids and want to start doing Heroic Tank raids, but we need to expand first.
The majority of us are at lv85 and from Sweden (UTC+01:00) and usually do raids at 19:30 (UTC+01:00). You should preferably be around lv 75-85 but more important, is that you have at least 15 lv7 characters and can follow the rules.
RANCOR PIT RAID RULES
1. 24 Hour rule. No attacks for 24 hours, to give everyone a fair chance. Just do 0 damage to ensure participation.
2. One attack per member. See #3 for exception.
3. If someone's first attempt was in phase 4 we give them a second go since that phase is pretty rough.
4. Let those who are weaker go against the pigs, perhaps the newer members who are lower in level. Of course we can't monitor this, too much hassle, so I expect people to be honest and fair.
5. Hard hitting members are prefered to go in the third and fourth phases, but not a requirement. Use common sense and once again, be honest and fair.
It's also a plus if you have Facebook and can communicate through our group page there.

Many guilds have their members come and post in their thread once in a while. Or once a day they add a post updating their recruiting situation. Whatever you do, please add something informative and don't just "bump" or "up" or anything else that doesnt mean much. Also, please do not create duplicate threads.
Besides, when you do this, your thread will look more professional
