Does his tmr work for all allies or just empire/sith? Thought empire/sith but have seen many talk about Boba getting it too

Never seen boba have any, but yes just sith empire is WAI. Anyone else is a bug.

Hmm, maybe you misread where someone suggested to run Boba under Zader lead. He doesn't benefit from the lead, but he is a good toon to have in the squad.
