Need some advice on getting 5 Jedi (I only have 2)

I started playing around Christmas and because of some the characters I unlocked my arena team consists of dark side players and that's where I've spent the majority of time developing.

I have a 4* Consular and a 4* Old Ben

The rest of my shard count for Jedi:

0/25 Qui-Gon
0/50 Plo Koon
2/80 Mace Windu
3/50 Luminara
10/25 Kit Fisto
14/25 Guardian
3/80 Ima-Gun Di
0/50 Eeth Koth
2/80 Barriss Offee
1/80 Anakin
8/25 Ahsoka
10/50 Aayla Secura

Obviously Ahsoka would be the quickest to unlock just to get a 3rd but after that what would be the best strategy that combines speed with long-term advantage (for example, maybe a character I can unlock quicker but will be useless at high levels, I don't know?)

This far behind I'm not sure you're going to make it.

Luminara is very useful in many situations so I would definitely get her.

Apart from that I don't think it's a good idea to compromise your current plans too much
