Mod UI improvements

Something that would be helpful is to show the level of the mods in sale screen.
Total number of unassigned mods (and capacity) would also improve the game.
Also the "find" button for mods is ridiculous; an improvement to search inventory would be far more useful.
Sorry. I guess this turned into a three-fer.
