So...my doubt is:
As you can see,now I am running an empire team. However,I'm working on rex and kylo, so I can swap to a Rex lead team. Looking at my roster,is this viable? What would be the best team?

Rex lead team is one of the effective teams in arena. In arena important thing is mod. And your mods are very poor. Especially you do not have speed secondary and speed arrow mod. Rex lead can fix that issue but not in long term. You have to work on mods for two days on every weeks.
For short term you can make Rex lead, palpy, tie, sun fac, boba.
For long term, you can change Rex lead, D. Nihil., Kylo, , other two may be Chaze (you have imwe) or one pre-taunter (if you can), boba, tie pilot( if your opponent has not pre-taunter),

My statement is only for gear 11. If you can not do it, your dps will be very low.
