Why are ship omega materials behind a paywall when it clearly states they should be given out as apart of the daily rewards?

Wow, I thought they fixed the bug saying you get a ship omega at level 85 a long time ago.

This pay pack is the first time I've ever actually seen ship omegas released.

Corrected an issue that stated that the Ship Ability Material Omega was available at level 80+ through completion of Daily Activities. Ship ability Omega materials will be available in a later update

They did kind of.
If you click on the Ships Omega in the pack you get the old message that was a mistake and removed once before.
If you search for a ships omega from ships ability upgrade screen you get the "this ability material is obtainable in a later update"
