Buff evasion down

25% evasion down what a joke. So your shaving a measly 5% evasion off a zaul lead (20 to 15%). Utterly useless and the worst debuff in the game. Needs to be rebalanced with maybe 75-100% evasion down.

    Based on mechanics Evasion down like evasion up or evasion lead is additive not multiplicative.
    So it should reduce 20% evasion to 0% (maybe 2% not sure if there is a min).

    There could be issues but yes based on mechanics it is supposed to be additive.

    Well this pretty much confirms ai have increased proc stats.

    Which is possible. Any way you look at it with evasion down on sith other than maul under zeta Maul lead should not dodge/deflect any more than a character without evasion buff of any kind.
