Raid tickets do not show correctly

The raid tickets do not always register correctly when you go to the Guild and then Manage. We are trying to track our members participation but it can be difficult if we are not getting correct data. Also, I wonder if our guild is getting credited for the correct number of tickets or are we getting shorted.

I'd like to also report this issue. I talked to EA help and figured out the total raid tickets credited is correct, but the guild management tab is not displaying the right amount of raid tickets for members. I've received feedback from other members of the guild that have noticed their numbers are also incorrect. This complicates guild management for leaders as how can we accurately monitor member activity?
