Hi there, I took a look at your account and didn't find any issues. Are you still getting the connection error? If so can you please switch to another network (if you are using 3G/4G switch to Wi-Fi or the other way around) and/or reinstall the app and let me know if the issue still occurs? A screenshot of the error and any additional details would be useful as well. Thanks.
