Squad management on multiple devices

I play with one account on two devices, an iPad and an iPhone. I have noticed several times that if I do changes under squad management and then plays on my other device the squads are messed up.

Sometimes one team shows up multiple times. Sometimes the wrong squad is deleted

This happens even on a single device. The squad management screen is just horribly bugged. I can't tell you how many times I've deleted the same squad just to have it pop up again next time I do a raid.

Oh! Even worse than I thought!

Delete default tab. Had the same thing happen. Added new tab deleted default tab and all has been good since.

Our team tested Squad Management by using the same account across 2 devices (both iOS and Android) and didn't encounter any issues. The saved squads would save properly. That said, @scuba is definitely suggesting an option I've seen successful among Players.
