Can anyone say is it worthwhile working on a squad of jawas?
Someone in my guild has a team of 5 jawas, 3 at 7* and 2 at 6*, not all fully maxed gear or mods and he's been doing about 600k plus damage in the AAT Raid.

Has anyone else tried them in the raid? Are they effective?

How would you mod them?

Jawas are best paired with droids in P2 of hAAT. Also unlock CD mods, which I think are way more valuable than most other mods.
