Leia is bug?

I am not really sure but I use her in a princesse zody team and usually she hit 12K under her cloak, but sometimes, I can't explain why, she hit only 8K, and she has the buff of cloak and it's not during a 212 ... Somoene notice that ..?

What Ive noticed is that 9 times out of ten she refuses to heal herself
