Lost account plz help

Just got a iPad tried to get account to transfer found out you can't went back to old tablet to play now I am locked out of my original game spent about $300 to $500 on this game and now I can't use it any help you can give don't mined starting over but shouldn't lose my investment email cowboy_roy@outlook.com or who do I call for help

Should be able to log back in through Google Play and get back to your old game. I feel your pain. I had to start over when I changed to an iphone. It actually was a chance to learn from some of the mistakes I made early on in my old acct.
